Also on Tuesday night, 6pm until…whatever…playwright Brona Crehan invites all to a fundraiser for her play Pillow on the Stairs at Ryan’s Daughter, 85th St.between 1st and 2nd Avenues. Artist Barry Finnegan will be there to draw Brona’s event and violinist Annette Homann will be providing the entertainment. $25 per person.

Annette Homann will also be performing with the Spectrum Symphony on Wednesday, in the West Village, St. Joseph’s, 371 Sixth Avenue, NYC, Wednesday, October 29th 2014, 7:30 pm.  The program: Ljova’s “Mecklenburg” (2013) String orchestra premiere; Brahms’s “Double” Concerto for violin and cello, op. 102, Artur Kaganovskiy, violin soloist and Miho Zaitsu, cello soloist, and Beethoven’s Symphony no. 3 “Eroica” in E flat op. 55. Ed McCann’s “Writers Read” celebrates the spoken word, showcasing short works of established and emerging writers, 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 26 at The Cell Theatre, 338 West 23rd Street St., NYC.  Writers and guests mingle during a thirty-minute intermission with light refreshments.

Brona Crehan invites all to a fundraiser, Keeping It Photorealistic, for her play – Pillow on the Stairs, October 28th, 6pm until whatever.  Ryan’s Daughter, 85th St. Between First and Second Ave. Barry Finnegan, a phenomenal artist  has offered to draw at Brona’s event. He doesn’t tell anyone who he is drawing but rather lets it unfold during the evening. It’ll be a lot of fun and Brona is hoping it will generate some funding for her spring production!  

 

Proceeds to benefit the spring 2015 production of the original play Pillow on the Stairs by Brona Crehan. Meet the writer, the cast, the artist and win fabulous raffle prizes too!  An evening of fun and cocktails. $25.00 per person
