Also on Tuesday night, 6pm until…whatever…playwright Brona Crehan invites all to a fundraiser for her play Pillow on the Stairs at Ryan’s Daughter, 85th St.between 1st and 2nd Avenues. Artist Barry Finnegan will be there to draw Brona’s event and violinist Annette Homann will be providing the entertainment. $25 per person.

Annette Homann will also be performing with the Spectrum Symphony on Wednesday, in the West Village, St. Joseph’s, 371 Sixth Avenue, NYC, Wednesday, October 29th 2014, 7:30 pm.  The program: Ljova’s “Mecklenburg” (2013) String orchestra premiere; Brahms’s “Double” Concerto for violin and cello, op. 102, Artur Kaganovskiy, violin soloist and Miho Zaitsu, cello soloist, and Beethoven’s Symphony no. 3 “Eroica” in E flat op. 55. David A. Grunberg, conductor
